"Good warranty support"
So... my Seiko stopped working after a few months, which was frustrating, but I contacted warranty support and they handled it without any drama. It took a little while to get sorted, but their replies were clear and helpful. Overall, I’m happy with the support I got.

"Great deal on a Seiko"
I picked up a Seiko from Creation Watches because the price was way better than what I was seeing in local shops, and I figured it was worth a shot. Delivery wasn’t super fast, took a little longer than I hoped, but nothing crazy or worrying. The watch arrived brand new, working perfectly, and it had the papers with it too, so no complaints there. For what I paid, I’m really happy with it, and yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again...

I contacted customer service and they did get back to me, though the replies felt a bit slow. I only dealt with them briefly, so I can’t say if that’s always the case, but based on my experience it was just okay, not bad, not great.

I ordered from Creation Watches and the watch arrived fine, no issues with it. I did like that the import tax info was shown clearly before I bought it, so there wasn’t any surprise later, which I really appreciated. Delivery took a little longer than I was hoping, but it was ok. Overall, it was a good experience, a good experience, and I’d be happy to use them again...

The watch arrived and works perfectly fine, so no issue there. I checked my email receipt and order details to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, but I was expecting it to look a bit newer. There was a small mark on the case, and the box looked slightly worn. It’s nothing too serious, and delivery was okay, but overall I’m left with mixed feelings since I thought it would feel a little more fresh out of the box.

I ordered from creationwatches and the watch did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. The only thing was the delivery took longer than I expected, around 2 weeks total, and the tracking barely updated for a few days. I was starting to feel a bit pressured because I needed to know if it would arrive on time, and not having updates made it more stressful. It’s probably fine if you’re not in a rush, but I wouldn’t order expecting super fast shipping.

"Pretty Happy With My Watch"
I ordered a watch from creationwatches.com and it turned out just like the pictures. The model number, color, and size were all exactly what was listed, so no weird surprises or wrong details, which I was kinda worried about at First. The packaging was okay too, nothing fancy but it did the job. Overall I'm Happy with it and I'd buy from them again.

I did end up finding the watch I was looking for, so that part was good. The website just wasn’t the easiest to use. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected. Checkout was fine once I got to it, but getting there felt a bit clunky. It works, but something about it feels kind of old and messy in a few places.

The watch arrived in good condition it looks nice. But I was really not thrilled about having to pay customs duty when it showed up. That bumped up the final price more than I was expecting, which was kind of frustrating. Overall it’s still okay, but that extra charge definitely took some of the excitement out of it.

"Good watch, packaging could’ve been better"
The watch arrived in good condition and works fine, so no complaints there. But the packaging was kind of disappointing. The outer box had a dent, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing was damaged, but for an international order, this felt like a preventable issue. I just expected it to be packed a bit more securely.

I ended up having to return my watch, and the whole process wasn’t exactly quick. Support did get back to me, but they weren’t always the fastest, so I had to follow up a bit. It wasn’t nothing major, and it did get sorted in the end, but it definitely took more effort than I thought it would
